The real estate arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank, ASAS Real Estate, has announced that construction has begun on its Hoshi mixed-use development.
According to the developer, the project, located on Al Maliha Road, Sharjah, has got off the ground with grading works and road construction after being launched just late last year.
On completion, it will include a varied selection of commercial and residential plots, and amenities mosques, parks, shopping centres, parking areas and schools.
In a statement, ASAS general manager Ahmed Al Amiri said, “The entirety of the Hoshi development has been opened up for sale in response to the huge demand we experienced for the first phase, and a contract has been signed with Darwish Engineering to complete the preparation of the land plots.”
The project will also include a large central park and four small parks to fit in with Sharjah's municipal green park expansion strategy.
