Our development department is handling all our new projects from the early stages of feasibility studies, into design and recommendation. Followed by getting approval from local authorities and hiring the right consultants and contractors.
In addition, this department is also involved with a number of governmental and infrastructure projects.

The Customer Projects & Properties Evaluation Section has been established to provide the most effective and efficient project management and property evaluation to Sharjah Islamic Bank and their customers and proudly to external customers. Our department consists of highly experienced Engineers that are professionally competent in engineering, technical background and have deep real estate market experience in property valuation.
The Customer Projects & Properties Evaluation Section has two main functions:
1. Management of Under Construction Projects (for External Customers):
Our expertise covers a broad range of industrial, commercial and residential properties, including offices, flats, showrooms, malls, hotels and resorts, hotel apartments, villas, compounds, buildings, warehouses, factories, labour camps and vacant lands for future developments.
Our scope of works includes, but not limited to, following up on construction progress, project monitoring and control, certifying payments, handling of progress reports and project handing over.
We are currently managing more than 80 Projects on yearly bases.
Our department provides accurate estimation of the Customer’s property’s worth at its best market-selling price.
As of now, we have Evaluated/Re-evaluated approximately of over 3,000 properties in the last five years.
